UK Southern Electric

I have been searching the Download Station in the hope of finding a UK Southern Electric loco. These dated back to the wartime and early post war years. There was no overhead gantry as they used the third rail system.

I would have thought that there would be at least one on the DLS, but I have searched very thoroughly, but have not had any luck!

Can anyone help please?

JayHolland has made a variety of Southern EMUs just search his user name. Also there are loads of class 73 electro-details if you search "class 73".

If you mean CC1-3 the first three SR electric locos, no they have not been made yet. Incidentally they did have centrally mounted pantographs for use in sidings where overhead catenary was installed for safety.
