UK Screenshots (Hi Res Version)

I know, the vents are wrong, I'm planning to correct that, pending resources (the half round vents, I have an idea how they look, but its getting it accurate.)
The guards doors are missing handles, the handrails need changing (drainpipes) and a few small details here and there (I spotted one I forgot, the cable clips on the front and the underframe needs to be redone), and finally texturing.
Oh, give it a couple of playmates (TC and DTS) and I'm done.

Yeah sorry about that I meant to come over and sort out a link with my pic but it was late and I was tired .

Here's a similar version of my post from the British Trainz forum(http://forum.british-trainz.co.uk/index.php) Altered just in case I'm breaking some rules :

The tamper came from the Trainz Bulgaria website http://trainz-bg.com/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&Itemid=58&view=viewdownload&catid=61&cid=481&lang=bg.

If you haven't got an auto translator (I use google toolbar) Click on the blue "Download" button in the white box on the right hand side .

On the next page tick the little box at the bottom of the 2 large paragraphs next to "Приемам лицензионното споразумение"
Ticking it means that you agree to there licensing agreement.

The button underneath should now be clickable , click it and the download should appear . :)

Bristol

I always thought the original was Bristol fashion, or was i hearing it wrong?

Yes, you are right, it was Bristol fashion. I think the inference in that post was that the stock was made elsewhere, a place not to be named by GWR fans....

Ha ha.

No need to take the image serious! :hehe:
Swindon was the main GWR works and Crewe the main LMS works hence the reason for this image. Plus because I had a black 5 and wanted to show it off!

47380 awaits its next working to Leeds at Carlisle

I would just like to congratulate everybody who has recently posted screenshots on this thread. I have noticed a fantastic improvement in not only the quality of the graphics (possibly because of newer Trainz versions) but also in the photogenic ways the shots have been composed. It is interesting to compare the very old shots with the quality of many newer ones.

Well done all

TS12 is definitely sharper, so we can thank it for that! I think the lighting is a tiny bit better also..

Sorry i'm going to post another or two shots, i'm bored waiting for CM to download some stuff... i'd be in trainz otherwise!

One thing I find Trainz lacks is a sense of scale.. So the above screenie makes me happy, the Q1 actually looks like a big locomotive next to you.

Sorry guys i'll leave off the shots for a day or two :p

Davie, no need to lay off shots if they're as good as the ones above.

To get a shot so full of atmosphere is something that can be quite hard to achieve in Trainz as it is very dependant on lighting and composition (just as in reality).

There is certainly a slowly growing number of people who are mastering this process with a few exceptional posters whom shall remain nameless.
