UK Screenshots (Hi Res Version)

Many thanks Angelah for your kind words. I would like to do a deal with you if you have any of your routes that are good in TS2009/10. I need some good screenshots for all my UK locos, and am willing to trade a pack or 2 of some locos in exchange.

And Bernard, you dont have to have a credit card, there are many ways to pay, using cheque or Postal Order.

Hello Paul,
I have no idea if they will run in 2010.... I don't have it and create in 2004.
But I do have 2006 into which I have been loading the required assets all dat as I need to check the route for a missing asset that's bugging me. I think it's one of Domsarto's road parts, but that puzzles me becaue I have them all....!!

Mail me and let me know what you want me to do. We can go from there. I am happy to pau for your wonderful locos and you ought not to sell them short by swapping, after all, they take hours to make.
Yes, yes, a route takes hours to make as well, but I am retired and terribly depressed still from losing Alan to cancer so worrking in Trainz helps to keep me occupied.
You have my mail addres....

Bless you for your kind offer,

Angela

Angelah, this is the first I have heard of your terrible loss.:( My deepest condolances go out to you from Australia.

On a lighter note, I have some screenshots from a fictional WIP:

Class 323 set approaching a crossing. (Yes that's a roof in the bottom there!:hehe: )

The same 323 leaving the crossing.

Finally, at Brixton Park Station, with the crossing above mentioned in the background.
Route at present is only two grids, mostly untextured, and the road/rail setup near that crossing is... well, see for yourself.

The road/rail setup of the route.

Thank you for your kind thoughts. He passed in October 2007, some time ago, but strangely it still seems like yesterday. I miss his company terribly. But with Trainz I seem to be able to fill the days quite easily and the target of finishing this section of my WCL that came to an abrupt halt at that time because I couldn't even bear to look at it, has helped me a lot. This is for Alan! And it will be a good one too, believe me, perhaps my best so far.
So I never knock Auran or Trainz (well, not a lot anyway), without the both of them I may well have gone completely batty.
The pix in my Signature are one of a place and my interpretation of that place in WCL2.

Tp Paulztrainz,
Come on Paul, I haven't heard from you. I need to know what you want regarding this route. probably the second section (not yet released) will be more suitable as it is even more detailed, but only close to the tracks, so will be fine for 'photographic' purposes.
I suppose you're saying the same thing about me! I haven't had time yet to look again at your great collection of motive power, but will try during the day and mail you. How does that sound?

Blessings to both of you,

Angela

Hi Angelah - sorry I was busy sending things out - just dashed off a quick email with the basis of what I was thinking.

Great shots everyone!

Ah Marky as you are making the area and done truro I assume you must know quite a bit about it...

When I left Cornwall last week from Truro.. there was a Class 66 loading in the sidings... I was very curious as to what the siding is for and what it serves.

Do you know?

Hope this isn't too off topic ;)
Cheers

I have made Truro. And Truro is the mainline station I use most (either go from there directly or from Penryn station, then change at Truro).
There are 4 sidings there. the 2 that go round the back of the carpark stop where the level crossing road is. There is then one which goes down to the Cornwall Farmers complex, which I don't think is used anymore. That area used to be a big yard in the days of steam. The is then a short siding which ends just beneath the long footbridge at the end of the station.

Penzance town has now been built!

@paul502, spot on! Definitely need Battling Bessie there to keep away the scallies (no offense). Besides the Big Issue man, I need a Echo van!

Rite, the station is quite lack of vital now......:o

Lots and lot of news!

Hi again:wave:

I am not going to be on the forum much, because I have just gone back to school, and I have piles of homework to do. I'll try to squeeze in every chance to get some screenies, but there might not be much.

QUESTION: Emo, really like your route, but I am wondering, what is it based on? I'd really like to know.

Anyway, while I haven't been on for the last 5 days or so, I have been digging up and looking through some of my 'unfinnshed work', which I never seem to get done. Here are some pictures from a fictional preserved railway on the coasts of Cornwall and Devon. It hasn't got a name yet, but here are some pictures of Dunton Heath.
