Here's the proof that the alphanumbers will show up if set up correctly on the 141:
The only thing I can't do is make them renumberable, only you can do that WEN as the final error to sort is in the mapping of the alphaplane onto the graphic on the mesh as I've mentioned.
You have mapped onto digit_1-digit_1.texture (and the other 5 digits similarly), that's wrong it should be digit_1.texture, anything else won't work.
There was also an error with the alpha channel of the graphic you used but I've managed to sort that myself which is why the numbers now appear on the front.
I'll offer help a second time on this, if you want send me an exported .im mesh of the 141 mapped exactly as I've said and I'll send you back a fully working and renumberable 141 asset- in 5 minutes
