UK Screenshots (Hi Res Version)

@Nexusdj: May I ask where you get those fantastic tracks from?!! also their name. Also will they fit with with US trains standard gauge?

They are reskins of Bloodnok's VSR track , not currently available though I do have permission to release them . They are standard gauge so are fine for US trains though the scale height of the rail is a bit low when compared with standard US mainline rail .

@Tline . Bloodnok has an AWS rule that can be used with any loco as long as his scripted AWS ramps have been placed on the route you wish to use it on .
Pikkabirds class 37 and Rob's class 40 comes with it built-in and I'm sure there are other loco's with it as well ?

My EPB uses the same script, but it isn't fully working as the art assets are not implemented properly (I.e. you have to go outside the cab to cancel it). I did receive written permission from Bloodnok quite a while ago to use it, however, the licence in the script file states "You can learn from it, but not use the extracted contents in any way".

If you make cabs, its not that hard to implement, as there are generally a couple of assets you need, one of which is the interface button, the other is the animated sunflower which can be just 2 key frames and my EPB cab is set up this way. Just be warned, it isn't set up on the train, its setup on the cab, so the scripting file doesn't interfere with the script bound to the train car.

Great shots all :D

One of the strangest Class 153s I have seen...

Plymouth11.jpg

153399 arrives at Plymouth.

A temporary hybrid set has been made up due to a fire on the 57221 car of the 150221. The set uses the 52221 car and the 153369. It has been renumbered 153399.

Shots of my latest WIP

For some time I have wanted to build a 1 board route based on a model railway plan for which I can create a scenario which will run trains by pre-set driver commands allowing me to just 'sit back and watch'. The following screenshots show the work so far. The track plan is based on Cyril Freezer's 'Minories', and a shot from each of the four edges of the board is shown.

The one board layout is looking good.

I'm also working on a one board tram and bus layout (fictional small town)

Lots of work and detail to add before i get any screenies up.....looking forward to seeing the finished article of yours.

@4ndylloyd - What a great plan. Given it's so small, it allows you to create a highly detailed route, right down to manhole covers. Great stuff.

And not the first time either, 153s have been used to make up the other half of most sprinter cars that have been divorced from their partners. (Meaning, split in half, due to accidents/fires/misforms/etc).
From what I got, it was numbered 153399 to stop it going my way, although I don't understand why they put that restriction on as 155s were allowed east of Southampton and a 153 has been rumored to of gone to Portsmouth as well.
