Tunnel - Bridge - or what ?

Hi all,

building my map (using TRS 2006) I came on to this situation:



Perspective is a little tricky here, of course the upstairs trackage is level.

Being not a native speaker of English I do not know which keywords to look up in the forum search. What I have in mind is a design similar to this sketch (taken from a German book on model railroading):



I have not the least idea on how to set about. Tunnels in TRS are behaving weird, having turnouts on bridges is impossible, isn't it ?

Any suggestions ?

i would use bridge spline, without tracks.
The second picture, would realy been something in trainz.

I think it can be done....



..that is about 2 minutes mucking about with retaining wall and terrain spline assets to hand. There are definitely retaining walls on the DLS more in keeping with your sketch, and a 'ballast' re-skin of a terrain spline should be easy enough. The slowest part is elevating all the track spline points to the right height. The third elevation level is just an extension of the same process....

But if you get it done it will look fantastic

With concrete wall, tarmac etc. you can build all you want in trainz. Its alot of work but it can be done.

I think the snow shed (46162:2317051. Get the whole pack! ) looks closest to the drawing, although a little thick on top.
