Are all TS2010 versions now out of date and if not
well I have to buy a new Version and well I have to put in SP1 SP2 and SP3
And if I have to do this in what order do I do things?

2010 will never be out of date. But there are service packs you can download. Check out the Auran Announcements Forum to keep up to date on service packs.

It depends on the source of the 2010, whether it is a downloadable digital copy or a hard disc copy. Some sources, such as ebay, sell the boxed version which is patched to SP2, where the N3V digital download is patched to SP3. The STEAM version is not able to be patched at the current time, so be careful where you purchase. If you have a specific question about a specific source, just ask here before you buy.

I got my TS2010 from sirgibby and now its saying that my copy is " out of date"

And all the reading I have been doing off the AURAN Fourm site about the SP Patches and the trouble people are haveing has me a little relucetent to use them.

As long as you download the right patch for your build you will have no problems. Leave it to finish patching, it will take a while, 1-2 hours is possible, do not stop it patching or you will have to re install.
Mine says I am out of date even though I am on build 44088. Download the patch manually, there is a post by GPavlich dated oct 8th 2010 with all available patches, find this by searching Auran announcements for the past 3 months. Save it to your desktop then patch. Dont run trainz while patching.

Not sure what you are referring to here.
When did I say it was "out of date"

The TS2010 that you purchased from me is a standard AURAN supplied product and can be updated using the AURAN Service Packs.
(As always its your choice as to whether you want to apply the service packs)
