TS2010 paint help

hi

In TS2006 when doing the ground, i could go into Paint and click on (i think it was a dark pink square), then go onto my ground texture and rub all the texture out that i had layed,

so it would leave it as the default "Add ground" baseboard with the yellow square lines, tryed it in TS2010 but nothink happens anyone no how to do it, please
