OK I stand half corrected. He did mention the patch but youre right. He was referring mainly to the displacement map. Sorry if i,m not much help.

I haven't tried displacement maps but that's neat, this new way of using them. And since they are now treated like other content, you should be able to upload displacements you create to DLS or put CDPs somewhere for sharing.

Hi All,
Thanks for all your replies, everything that has been said or commented upon is relavent to my original query, I have learnt quite a lot. I will probably uninstall TS2009 and then do a clean install from scratch and wait for any auto updates, I believe they are now available. I will then attempt to use the displacement maps I have made in accordance with SP2 methods.
