TS2009-Broken Shoreliner Cab Cars

Sup everyone? Its me again! I am trying to mess around with TS2009 for a bit, and I started a route that uses the MN Shoreliner cab cars, each and every variant. When I hit quick drive, it said that there was no train(Locomotive). I placed down a F7A, went in to quick drive, clicked on the Cab Cars, and they didn't move when I used the DCC controller. THEY HAVE WORKING HORN AND BELLS! Please help. I am replacing it with an Amtrak Superliner until further notice.

The enginespec for this cab is default-wagon, which has no acceleration. It also has the 'engine 0' tag, which means technically it is undrivable.

Anyway to edit locomotive specs? That would be handy because I also have some trains in 04 I need to be able to do it to.
