If it's the 2009 S&C add on then you can copy the snc.ja file over from the TS2010 "builtin" folder (assuming you have it installed in TS2010) into the TS12 folder where the .ja files lurk. You will then need to enter your S&C serial number into TS12 (from the TS12 Launch Menu > Options > General tab). Once you have done all this then run an extended database repair.
