I don't have TS12 yet. And damn it - looks like you guys are having all the fun!
But that route certainly looks familiar.
How did it play?
Is one baseboard large enough for a half dozen players? Enough interactions? Or too much congestion?

To all, many thanks for posting your shots. Some really nice detail... both routes and locos/rolling stock.
The only two glaring things to me at first glance:
1. "Trees"... but I'm personally happy to forgo multiplayer to replace assets with something more suitable and realistic.
2. "Square box" things... in previous editions they were known as shadows. EGADS!!!
What on earth have N3V done here?!?!
Not complaints... just observations. Can't wait for my copy to arrive however.

The Exact same thing happend to me with TRS2009 I save and brought it, 2 days after I install it TRS2010 comes out, I was peeved to say the least.
TRS2012 looks good but I think I will go up to 2010 first let 12 come down in price a bit but definatly would consider getting it eventually

yeah, that's my plan too. Agreed. I just bought 2010 the other day, mostly to see how everything runs on the new computer, and actually, I was surprised how well 2010 runs.
I had a left over voucher for 2010, so it was cheap. Its got everything I could ever want in it already. When 12 is down in price, and the first few service packs come out, then I'll buy it and enjoy the new multiplayer feature. I only plan on waiting a few months, so hopefully 13 (or whatever the next one is going to be called) will not be out yet, and more multiplayer sessions and users will be around.
