I used the coupon I got with TS12 for 20 $ off of purchases. I only used it once for the CNW C40-8 item of the week. Now it is unusable for the Iowa Interstate gevo. Was this only usable once, even if it is a purchase of less than 20$? I thought it would subtract x-amount off the $20? So I cant spend the 15 dollars that would be left?
