TS12 content vs PTP2 content,, Please read

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a Great day and week, I recently Purchased PTP2. it apparently downloaded itself into my version of ts12. Great dont really have a problem with that. As have gone thru my content verses ptp2 content. Apparently ptp2 content doesnt work on ts12 routes. On the other hand ts12 content
works on ptp2 routes. Found that to be extremely weird. If at all possible can someone please guide into the rite direction as to how to get my ptp2 content to work in ts12...thank you guys and Happy Trainzing.....

Ok I have read that thread and its not of help to me. I read that one before. I have ptp2 installed and the add ons? when i ptu the trains on the tracks and go to drive them. The game automatically takes me back to surveyor. thats only when adding ptp2 content on to ts12 content.

He's referring to Blue Sky Interactive's ProTrain Perfect 2. This is their somewhat proprietary add-on version of routes and such that work in the European Trainz TRS2007 which came out the same time as TRS2006. I know it's confusing. A route of theirs is included in TRS2006 - The Nüremberg route in that version.

Their content is usually hidden from view Surveyor so it can't be included in other routes other than the trains where you can't edit them.

The routes probably don't install because TS12 is a little different than the earlier version.

I actually have all the routes in ts12 and the trains. the problem is when i put it in driver mode it just bounces back to surveyor mode just seems weird because when i put ts12 trainz on the ptp2 routes they work fine... just thyought i may have been doing something wrong...
