ts 2009 Thing

G'Day from me
I have just procurred (?) ts 2009 and so far most all seems ok.One thing is that I cannot get into the dls from its cmp.It just says unable to contact dls.I have registered and everything seems to be what it should be.So what am I doing wrong please??

First of all, What operating system are you using? If Vista, are you running it with full administrator priveleges?

Do you have a firewall installed - If so, have you allowed cm2 to have full access through it?

Have you upgraded all security patches for windows?

Have you tried re-entering your username/password under options?

Do you have firefox installed? Some people have reported problems with this installed - search the forums for firefox to find solutions.

Try using IE to connect directly to the DLS to ensure the ip address is being resolved - http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php

Start with these and let us know how it goes!
