Trying to fiddle with trainz again, summer vacation is here and i have nothing to do =P need to keep myself busy
One thing I always wanted to do was create my own subway system based off the Seoul Subway system (the best, nyc system doesn't even come close
) but content development seems very difficult ... and i don't like how the engine sound gets mucked up easily.
so i am looking for some definite answers so i can get started for once:
1.) i want subway tubes that are darker, has flourescent lights scattered throughout, third rails on top, and concrete rails than the one used in IRT1904 by jeffmorris ... how would I proceed doing this in GMAX?
2.) to make trains in GMAX, all I have to do is shape it and plaster pictures on those shapes, correct?.
3.) are there a collection of ficticious ads somewhere that i can put on my trains? subway trains in seoul sometimes have funky decorations which i want to duplicate ... but with fake ads.
