TRS22 won't launch after SP3 update

At my end, TRS22 PE is working as expected! I don't have Trainz Plus, that also maybe another issue?! I'm not sure..
I am wondering if the update got interrupted while downloading. Verify your files and folders using my information below.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common right click on Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 then choose Properties, check and make sure that your folder size is exact, files and folders are the same.. I am not sure if these are the same for TRS22 Standard edition..

If it appears you are missing anything, go back into Steam, right click on Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 | Choose Properties | Installed Files, then Verify integrity of game files.
Let the process go through and hopefully that would solve this issue! I can't promise it would, just not understanding why some has this issue while other like myself hasn't got any issues with TRS22..
If you want to reinstall TRS22.. Navigate to C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\N3V Games\trs22\build xxxxxx 'Where xxxxx is is the build of TRS22' Not sure if these are the same, so yours maybe different?? Not 100% sure..
Back up the following folders:
Backup
Editing
Local
Packages
Original
All of these folders and the contents inside are very important.
Once you have reinstalled TRS22, copy those folders including the content inside them back into the same path
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\N3V Games\trs22\build xxxxxx
Hopefully, you would be successful running the Trainz 2022 launcher. Click on the "Developer" menu | then choose Rebuild Database..
Hints: If you are using any other Anti-Virus program other than Windows Defender. I would recommend temporality disabling it.
Warning: DO NOT, let Windows turn off your Display screen or put the Hard Drive to sleep!
Hopefully this solves everything! Other than that, I wouldn't have a clue..
Edit! If you intend to reinstall TRS22.. After uninstalling, highly recommended to restart your computer before reinstalling.
Note: You wouldn't need to re-download your payware or free stuff from the DLS these are located in Packages, Original and Local folders

Check Thilliam's (developer) post in STEAM TRS2022 SP3 UPDATE - discuss - ..... he had posted about a link of "msvcp140_Atomic_wait.dll" file, try to install it and see if it can solve your problem. If still can not launch the game try to install msvcp140_Atomic_wait.dll from this thread "https://forums.auran.com/threads/trainz-plus-tlr-phase-1-trs22-sp3-update.175710/page-2" and check post of #31..... but in order to install it you must follow the guide from post of #42 (from the same thread/link).
The problem of TRS22 not launching after the update is specifically mentioned in Zec's posts.
