If you renew your annual Trainz Plus subscription (and I don't believe that this is restricted only to Gold members) before some date in November or December 2024 (I am not sure which) then you will automatically get TRS22 PE to keep.
Note that if you later cancel your subscription then you will still have TRS22 PE with Surveyor 2.0 included. Also note that HD Terrain is not part of TRS22 PE, it is in Trainz Plus only.
It depends on any offers you had when you installed Plus. If you purchased Plus with the option to keep TRS22, then yes. If no offers at that time you need to purchase an annual subscription in July to activate the November offer as mentioned by pware. You must download the retail version as the Plus version will no longer work without a subscription.
