TRS22 not listed under games with DLS access.

Recently I purchased an FCT. While it works with TRS22, oddly, under the section where you activate the FCT it shows that I only have T:ANE registered and not TRS22. Can someone help me with why this would happen?

You don't need to register anymore with digital downloads.

At MyTrainz -> My First Class Tickets There is a list of Download Access Tickets. The latest ticket is for TRS19.
