TRS22 launcher being low resolution

I have a 1440p monitor, and when I open Trainz Plus, the launcher is low resolution, but when I open the actual game, everything is nice looking. Does anyone know why?

Also, I'm pretty sure the game is SLIGHTLY blurry (not as blurry as the launcher though)

I am running an LG 34" ultra wide screen at 3440x1440, and have not noticed either issue so far. Running a session tends to open a full-screen window so I get the entire screen width and no blurriness. Perhaps how the GPU is set to handle the graphics?

Well, i've been playing in windowed mode (its easier to take videos) so maybe that's why

The game might be fine though, all i know is blurry for sure is the launcher

I think it's just because i'm not in fullscreen

The launcher should not be full screen, It should just be the little window it comes up with. Do you mean the Driver/Surveyor main menu to select settings, routes and sessions? On mine at full screen the thumbnails that are blown up when selected are a bit blurry, but the rest of it is OK.

When I was saying full screen, I was talking about the main menu but it's not that blurry, I meant the interface and stuff is slightly more low res looking than the top bar in windowed mode for example, but it's not that big of a deal

Running the program in a window shouldn't be a problem. Try setting the in-game resolution to half or some other value of your display resolution and the frequence the same if possible.

If your display supports G-sync, turn that off because Trainz doesn't work well with that and will cause awful micro-stutters and a migraine.
