TRS2019 - Unable to access the six built in routes.

I have just bought TRS2019 and have worked through the tutorials, now ready to try the Edinburgh to Dundee route but I cannot access it - unless I pay for it. I have checked the content manager and I do own it and it is installed. Please help.

I have downloaded them, but cannot drive them. There is no option to drive session. If I try to, I am told that the routes are Payware. Never had this bother with Tane.

Might want to contact the help desk, looks like they need to correct your access for Platinum.
