TRS19 Content Fix - What is this?

I bought-installed TRS19 (N American Edition) about a week ago. For the past two days every time I start Trainz TRS19 a pop-up appears titled TRS19 Content Fix with an Install button. I clicked it and it downloaded a 334.95MB file and then a message followed "Download Complete - Installing". On the right of the pop-up it reads Payware Package - TRS19 Content Fix, Download path sc545.cdp. This happens each time I start Trainz. If it download & installed it yesterday why is it doing it over and over? And, what is it "fixing"? If I have any payware on here it is because it came with the original TRS19 install.
