just want to know that after applying trs 2009 sp4 the enviroment feature is added in which wind speed and snow altitude feature is added so my question is that do such function are for speed treez as wind speed meant for them and where to find speed treez for trs 2009

SpeedTrees are a TS2010 feature and are not available in TS2009.

Wind speed is a route/session setting for controlling the movement of SpeedTrees. This will have no discernible effect when used in TS2009.

Snow altitude affects seasonal assets, support for which has been back-ported to TS2009 SP4. The built-in TS2009 assets are not seasonal, so this will only be relevant if you have installed appropriate third-party content.
