TRS 19 Update to 114800

I had 2019 platinum running for ages really nicely. I updated to 114800 and then it was a disaster. All my routes had items missing or marked open for edit hundreds are available .
I have spent years refining my versions of trainz but it has never been this bad. I have spent the last week downloading the assets from the DLS. The route that has really screwed me up is my U.K route with 200 miles (321km) which I have spent most of the year refining. The plan was to release it to you guys for your enjoyment. I have 49 routes or versions saved to the CDP and they all have the same problem. The built in routes (of no interest to me) have similar problems. If I live long enough to put all this right then i will never do an update again.
If anybody has any good ideas then please let me know.
thanks

Use CM to list all open for edit assets. Then do a select all and revert to original. Follow this with a DBR.
Because the update may have reinstalled assets that you already have they get left in the edit folder as open.

Also, check for updates both in your DLC and for downloads from the DLS and ensure all the content is up to date. If you do have any updates assets, and I'm sure you well, list your installed obsolete assets and clear out anything in there from the DLS. (You can't delete built-in or DLC obsolete assets).

And also... After the DBR, check for faulty assets. This occurs due to the cache being out of sync after the update and repair process. If there are any assets that are marked faulty, right-click and choose revert to original. The assets may not clear from the list immediately, so you'll have to change to installed then back to faulty and check after the database reloads.

The problem here is that you have saved the builtin content into the .cdp. Built-in content cannot be saved to .cdp as it has compressed textures (hence all the errors).

The correct method to install your content is to either point your new build at your old local data folder (which will then trigger a db rebuild on restart) or to redownload all the DLC items.

Then just import your route and sessions and download the rest from the DLS.

I had a similar experience in updating from build 105096 to 114800 and I had pointed my new version to the old database. I finally just deleted the entire TRS19 and reinstalled back to build 105096 for a backup I made. My advice is to create a backup of something that works before doing new versions or patches.

Am I interpreting this correctly?

If I copy a WIP route created in Build 111951 to a CDP, that same CDP file will show up as "Faulty" if it is subsequently downloaded on to an "upgraded" system running Build 114800?

While on this subject could someone please give me a complete address for SP3 downloads. As per the forum, I currently have https://dl1.n3vgames.com/Installers/...ler-111951.zip My system is telling me "unobtainable on this server".

Many thanks.

John
