TRS 19 small city routes

So I'm new to the forums, but hey, I might find something here, so I'm looking for a route with a small city or large town and a decent-sized yard. And I want this to be a US route, regardless of whether it's the eastern US mountains or the midwest. i want to see if there is something other than coal country or other things people have been suggesting.and i do not mind fixing a route either i am sure there is a lot of route that are on here i do not know about

There are some nice DLC routes available for purchase that meet your needs. The prices are pretty reasonable given the number of ours and even customization that you can do with them. Check out the route on the Store

There are lots of routes, way too many to list here for the DLS. Among the small city routes on the Trainz Content Store are:
Harvard Subdivision - Metra Commuter
Centrella Subdivision - A bit of city to country type railroading with branches to switch.
Fall Harvest Nebraska

You did not mention the version of Trainz you have - so you might also try the Download Station and select your version, then "Layouts", then see what is shown.

You can also select a specific author by selecting "Username" category then display a list of routes displayed by the author. MSGSAPPER or PHILSKENEor many others listedin the forum chats.

Youtube also lists many routes of Trainz + your version, or routes developed and likely now available.
