Trouble with Station

Look around for tram stops. They are much smaller and will fit in the area nicely.

May I make another suggestion?

I wouldn't use the default track. There are some nice replacements by 3rd party creators. Look up on the DLS for track by HP Trainz, and VMD,

You'll find these to be much more realistic looking that the Auran default stuff.

I'm having trouble with a station on my layout. It's the small T&P station of Big Sandy. The station has no platform, and is limited on the east side by a SSW crossover and on the west by a road crossing. For now, the best thing I havd found is AJS's Invisible station. I'm using one of the 50s. Still, the people are spread out too far. Often times they are standing on the tracks or the road! Also, the station appears as a black rectangle, instead of like the surrounding/attached track.

Any help would be great! I'd love to find a station that will work for this!

I seem to recall that andi06 (AJS) has a 10 meter bus stop that might work in this situation. Can't help you with the black rectangle though. I assume it is an 09 problem.

Is this prototypical, ie. is it a real life situation? If not, can't you move the station to the other side of the crossing, or move the crossing a bit further away from the station and the station a bit further away from the cross? That's what I'd probably do.

I will try the bus station. However, I am running TRS2004, not 2009. I thought the stations were supposed to adapt the appearance of whatever was attached to them...

This is a prototypical layout of my hometown and surrounding area, so I would prefer not to do that if I can... However, if it comes down to it, I will.

I've been looking for a good 3rd Party track that matches the look.I finally found some, and since, the line has been replaced with the new track. I'll also try to find the Tram stops, since I'm having a hard time with the bus stop...

Thanks for the advice!
