trouble with dls

I am having trouble downloading any items for trs04 using the download helper from the dls. I keep getting an application not found. then it says "The protocal specified in the address is not valid. make sure the address is correct and trry again." I do have a fct and actually used the download helper over a week ago (before I went on vacation) and now when I go to use again I can't use the helper but I can download from the download page. Can anybody shed some light on this and offer any help!/ It would be greatly appreciated!

If you are using Windows Vista or 7, make sure TRS2004 and it's related programs are set to run as administrator (see my tutorial site (link is in my signature) if you are not sure how to).

Failing that, a reinstall of TRS2004 may be needed.

I changed the compatibility to administrator and still doesnt work. same message

Can I check exactly which files you have set to run as admin?

For TRS2004, this needs to be all application files in the TRS2004 install folder.
