First please refrain from using all uppercase (caps) when posting, it is considered shouting, and can be difficult to read.
Please ensure that your username and password is entered correctly. Please also try removing your username and password, then restart Content Manager, then re-enter your username and password.
You haven't told us which version of Trainz your are using, so any further help will require you to tell us this.
