Trouble loading Trainz12 with PC DVD

Has anyone else had trouble installing Trainz 12 using the dvd for windows? I've had two sendt to me and they both gave me an error during the install process. It says redundancy error at something D. I'll have to install it again to get the actual error message. I can Abort, Retry or ignore. When I retry it gives same error and if I ignore it will go to Something E and give the same error.

CRC errors mean one or more files are damaged.

This is due to either:

1.You have a faulty or damaged/dirty disk.
2.Your disk drive is faulty and needs to be cleaned/replaced.
