Trouble downloading

So, I'm getting a little frustrated. I've been trying to download some new goodies from Jointed Rail and KL Trainz. Some things will show up for me to download but others l, even from the same file, are in red. I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Patrick,

A red asset after installing usually means that it's missing dependencies or faulty. Being newer assets, I'm going out on a limb here thinking they're missing dependencies.

Once you've installed the assets, right-click on them and choose Download which is located at the very top of the menu.

This should download and install any required dependencies from the DLS in addition to those that come with the assets.

What do I do if the download says it's faulty?

I've also seen unknown asset listed as well. Is there anything I can do to fix that or should I just let them?

You need to tell us what the errors are. You can also look up the errors too.

Right-click on the faulty asset and choose errors and warnings.

This will bring up a small window with information.

Highlight the error message, press CTRL+C to copy and paste here in the forums - this message preferably by pressing CTRL+V.

If you right-click on the error message, there may be a link to find out what the error message means.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...I never had this much trouble with any previous versions of Trainz that I played.

Textures missing generally means that you've imported/installed a built-in asset rather than downloading the package or DLS item.
The other two look like genuine content errors.
Your TRS22 isn't registered to your forum account so you may want to contact helpdesk about that.

Thanks for your help. I ended up having to an update and now my game works much better.
