Trouble downloading jointed rails' MOPAC SD70ACe from the DLS

I tried to download the SD70ACe from the Download Station and it kept giving me this message as I installed in the game (I am running on TSMAC BTW)

'Unable to open CDP file '/Users/judahrice/Downloads/EMD SD70 ACe - UP Heritage MP for reading'

Is there any fix to the problem?????????
