Trouble accessing Military Trainz

Today, I tried accessing Military Trainz, but for some reason, I got this message during each attempt:

Does anybody know how to contact the website owner so he can take a look at this?

The site has probably been inactive since 2016 or so... you can always try looking it up on archive.org (Go there and enter http://www.militarytrainz.com) Though I would not get my hopes up... often... archive.org does not (or can't) crawl downloadable files.
