Trees in TS12

I have TS12 v. 61388, However I have the most horrible trees you can imagine, when I place them all I get are waving branches. I tried leaving them to see if they would leaf out but nothing happens. Would some kind soul please tell me what I have done wrong. Thanks, Dusty.

I've seen this too, mostly on TRS2006 and TRS2010 routes. They sure are ugly!

It currently is winter. Look outside; most tree's will be mainly branches (although that depends on where you are).

Edit the environment (main menu) and change the date to somewhere in the middle of the summer; the tree's will change.

Thank you, I changed it to May and W.O.W., leaves. I didn't realize that the game used my computer date. Thank you all for your help and patience.
