TRC issues in Platinum version of 2019

I am adding TRC crossing into a route I have modified and noticed I cannot get the triggers to see the scenery items. It worked before the SP update so I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

I'm not, but with the crossbuck version without the signals seems to not deactivate while those that has the signals works.. maybe I'm just missing something here...
