Transparent backdrop

I'm looking for a transparent backdrop - one which shows an industrial or city scene when viewed from one side but is transparent from the other side. Much like the "HUGE Brick Wall" used on model trainz layouts. It shows solid bricks from the inside but allows the model trains layout to be seen when viewed from outside.

The backdrop should also be a spline so that it can be stretched to any length.

Most of the backdrop splines I've tried show the same scene from both sides.

Can anybody point me in the right direction? Or, can I change an entry or two in the config file to alter an existing double sided backdrop to make it single sided?

If you are wondering why, it's to go behind the yard at Laramee on the Mann, Phrom, Laramee Railroad that's my current project. Progress thus far:

2- or 1-sided texture is set within the 3D creation program, not something that can be changed by config.

This may be worth having a look at the specs for your needs ,..... <kuid:145599:100157> X Floor 01

Although this is basically designed for a floor, by elevating one spline to as high as you like, then moving that spline point as close to the other spline point, it becomes vertical. It is also transparent on one side. Just change the image to suit yourself.
