TransDem Problem kmz file

I've done this before but I don't know what the problem is. I'm using the georeferencing feature. Place and save placemark in Google Earth. Save image. I try to follow carefully making sure north orientation and reset tilt (r). When importing in TransDem I get an error with the kmz file: "incompatible place mark "heading" or "tilt" click (reset north) and (reset tilt) in Google Earth before exporting image and placemark."

I've done this before without any problem. I have not used TransDem since the update so maybe there is something I'm missing since the update (about a year since I used TransDem). i've back numerous times to make sure the north and tilt are correct but to no effect.

G'day len12,

I haven't yet had the opportunity to utilise the Google Earth function in TransDEM to create UTM tiles, so this 'suggestion' is a long shot. You say that you have just updated the version of TransDEM you are using, I am wondering if you are using the most recent versions of the WMS/TileMap Sample files? These can be obtained from TransDEM's website. If you are using them or after downloading and installing them, there is no change, I would suggest you take your issue to the TransDEM forum, where you will need to register to post but I am sure "the Good Doctor" will be able to solve the problem for you. If you're lucky, he might even see this post here and reply accordingly...
