Having updated and now got trainz 2004 working fine I am trying to download using Trainzobject to find missing items.

I left it downloading using the map tab and right click download missing items using helper. My screen saver clicked in and the helper stopped.

I can now only download using the download station and selecting the items. The automatic downloader says "Logging in to " then "downloading asset dependency" then fails with "idle".

Could my screen saver have changed something??

I am on dailup so I tend to leave the downloading to do something else.

David, I am not quite sure how your using TrainzObjects for this as there are two ways. The way I look for missing content in a map is to go to the MAP tab and list all the items. Anything that is missing will be listed at the bottom in red (as you know) now you have two options to get the missing items, the first is to let TO download the missing items for you and I find this rather slow. The second option is to select "Find all missing items on the DS (x "number")" and this will then go to the DLS and just list the items as normal (but not download them). From here you can place the items in you Download Cart and Download them as normal (or by what ever means you normally do). I find this the fastest and best way.
