TRAINZ12 or TANE - The BIG Question

I guess my one question is why can we not remove any missing dependencies from the routes? I know there is a button in-game that is supposed to do this, however, it doesn't work in TS12. I don't know if it works in T:ANE because I do not have it. Honestly, I would love to use routes that do not have any missing dependencies because I removed them from being dependencies on the route.

It's broken in TS12 - broke with SP1.

It works fine in T:ANE. T:ANE also puts in orange wireframe cubes where missing objects are supposed to be. You can then go in and manually delete them, or use the Delete Missing assets, which works.
 
...I'll let others comment on the "quality", but for those who do want finished routes with all the dependencies, search the DLS with "philskene" as the author.
Okay, I'll comment...search the DLS with "philskene" as the author. You can't go wrong with that!

Works fine in trainz12 so do this
<I went into Surveyor/Edit Session then went
to Delete Missing Assets. I was then asked if
I wanted to 'Unlock' the route for editing, clicked 'yes',
deleted missing assets and it worked fine.>
