Any other ways to fix this. I searched helpdesk and there was nothing there.
Click on Serial Number (on Banner Above) and enter your serial number.

If you did it will show in the list. If not, you need to do it again. I don't think Helpdesk will respond if no serial number is listed.

ill try againlike the others have said only helpdesk can resolve serial number issues as according to your profile you have nothing registered.

Are you sure this is why trainz won't respond. I mean, how does trainz know not to respond when I entered a valid, registered serial number:'(

Are you registering your Trainz versions with another User Name other than... ttravis2947 ?
