unable to chose where the games are installed when purchased through Steam it installs everything to its own folder for games and software downloaded using it

have tried re-downloading and installing but has had no luck with that as well and contacting steam is like trying to get blood from a stone

EDIT: I will also have a look into the ntdll.dll error - I am also available via PM if needed.

OK - just done some research on that error - it's the 2008 version of the redistributable you need.
