I saw this version at the local Office supply store for 10.00 USD. What is it? Would it be better that the new TC09? I now have 2004. How do I install the 04 on another computer? or can I?

It may be nothing more than the version before 2004, UTC (Ultimate Trainz Collection). I would pass on it, were I you.
