TRAINZ TV for NHPTV EXPLORE

I don't know what the guy alex99 is going to do but i can tell you guys that i started the TRAINZ TV idea back in 2008 i have't copyrighted my idea yet but i need someone to tell alex99 that he can't use the TRAINZ TV name but if he wants to see TRAINZ TV he can just go to the website www.trainztv.com(revised) and i think he will like it
 
If you have a legal issue with another person using your property (whether that is ideas, content, images, etc) you need to bring that up with that person or the courts. Complaining on a public forum or blog is no way to go about things.
 
Well thanks but i just wondered if any of you knew alex99 if you do i wanted to send him that message. TRAINZ TV started back in 2008 as a idea to replace the long gone TRACKS AHEAD tv show on NHPTV Explore. uh sorry im just qouting from the History Depot Section of the website. hehe. the address is sites.google.com/site/www.trainztv.com(revised) the revised part is in there because i accidentally clicked on the wrong set up when i created the site.
 
I do have that site. i created it myself. it could be that since it was crated google sites through my email. the site address is sites.google.com/site/www.trainztv.com(revised) this is the address. you know shane i worked hard on this website. as advertising for my tv show named TRAINZ TV. i was going to the alex but i can't get in tuch with him the forum about his version of the show says he is offline and i can't reach him. i actually wanted to invite him to the TRAINZ TV crew. i don't want to sue him for using the name i think he has only created another branch and i think me and him can be partneres.
 
OK - Only thing I need to check is that the site is actually published, as I still cannot access the site for some reason.

I will see if the user in question comes online so he can be pointed to this blog.
 
it is published. it's on Google. if you still have the address i gave you you should be able to access it. are you sure your using google? because if you aren't then that's the troubble. because it's a google site. but. i do want to ask if you think TRAINZ TV is a good idea. i know alex99 had the same idea. well sort of. my TRAINZ TV is knind of more like a eco of thomas and friends and great american sencic railroads. and NHPTV is interested. but do any of you think it's a good idea?
 
I must say though that im having trouble uploading the videos to the site. but our site is full of interesting things related to the show. such as downloadable engines and rolling stock, Scripts and stage directions, sessions, Dependancies, routes. just about everything related to TRAINZ TV is on our website. we have really updated the site ever since the last time i taklked to you it is now march 23rd and we have a lot more stuff underway. in fact we have JOB OPENINGS! even though we have a lot of actors already there are still some who are not cast yet. would anyone be interested? all i need is a voice recording. that's it. nothing too advanced.
 
Looks interesting so far - I probably would not be any help to you though.

See what other members think (if they do find the blog OK - not everyone does read the Blogs section).
