Trainz Subscription Problem

So I paid for my monthly renewal on March 10, 2025 but Surveyor 2.0 is now gone. This is the second month in a row where this has happened. Any delay in what I paid for is unacceptable. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you sure you are running the plus version and not standard retail version. What is the build number on the launcher?
Unless you are using the wrong version, there is no point in complaining to the forums, start a helpdesk ticket to get help from N3V

My build is 128493. The standard retail version still has it when you have an active Trainz Plus subscription. It was TRS22 PE. I did actually submit a ticket.

If you are subscribing to Plus or Gold, I would suggest installing the Plus version 128497 as it will fix the problem and give you extra functionality. Just point the new install at your current database and all your "stuff" will be there.

I can't because it was purchased through Steam. Their app is setup to automatically install any new patches that come in.

I got Trainz 22 Pe, from the website, not from steam. So far, I have never had that problem with not seeing Surveyor 2.0, from the game. I always use the classic surveyor. I do have steam for other games. I do not have a problem with the games on steam updating. There was an update for trainz 22, that I got. My build is: 128487. which maybe because I have a lot of downloads. Where did you make the payment, with steam or NV3 games website? Also, I watch your videos.

Build 128493 is the windows retail Steam release of TRS22/TRS22PE, not Trainz Plus.

Build 128497 is the windows retail Steam release Trainz Plus.

I pay directly through N3V. My computer was acting up and shut it down. Following a reboot, the Surveyor 2.0 reappeared. All is well now. As for my videos, how do you like them?

Your videos are very good. I just subscribed to you. I also have a route that you made, that is used for a route that I am working on. which will be private. It is also not done. can't wait to watch more and the final finish of New York Cross Harbor.

Turn it off. Turn it on again. The old remedy works everytime.
