Trainz Simulator 2010 cannot start!?

Hi,
I have huge problem with my TRAINZ installation.
I hope someone can help me.
I installed TRAINZ 2010 and everything went smoothly. With no errors.
But when I try to start game only, tiny window is displayed with words "build 41491" in it. I was waiting for couple of hours and nothing happened. That window was still there.
There is no HD or CPU activity (led on my PC is not blinking).

I tried to run Content Manager and that is impossible too. I clicked on "Content Manager.exe" in bin directory and nothing happened, like I didn't clicked.

Any clues?

What are your computer specs. This is very important for us to help you remotely.

Have you run TrainzDiag, located in the directory where you installed Trainz to?

Are you running in Win 7 or Vista. It sounds as though there could be two things.

Tick the 'Run as administrator' and check that your screen settings are the native setting for your LCD monitor. I had the same problem and found the settings had reverted to 1024x768. It should be able to display the reduced settings but didn't want to. You could try changing your display mode.

I think that is what fixed it for me.
