Trainz sim 2012 - no digital download??

Hello!

I'm trying to buy Trainz Simulator 2012 with the 'digital download' option, but after clicking on the related 'Buy Now' button it seems that the standard DVD package delivered by Air Mail is the only way to purchase it (I live in Italy)... I got a page that says 'requires delivery'.....

Is the Digital Download option available?

the 'BUY NOW' button for the digital download works, but it activates the standard delivery ordering process instead of the download one: it asks for a delivery address and so on, and it charges the delivery costs.

If you look at the 'buy now' buttons target URLs in the page you linked, they both point to the same page, the initial page of the standard delivery ordering process:
http://www.auran.com/planetauran/SC_Add.php?AddItem=1&ProductID=362

It seems that the digital dowload process is no more in place....

Yeah, I checked it out too, and you are right. I didn't want to mistakenly order the product again, so I didn't take it to the last page of the order, but it's confusing to say the least.

Perhaps the DD has been rerouted to JointedRail?

Yes indeed. Downloaded it yesterday from jointedrail.com.

Of course, this morning I received a $10 voucher from Trainz for TS12. Sigh.

Still no digital download for TS12 ... drat!

More likely an error on the web page that N3V need to know about.

TS12 digital download wasn't available for my order last night either. I reported it to the Help Desk but, SIGH, no response yet. I was hoping to run the download through the early morning hours but no go. I'm very disappointed.

Thanks for reporting this to us. It appears that the link on the shop website was changed to that of the DVD edition.

It has been reported to the admin, however until this is fixed, you should be able to use the following link to order the digital download edition:
