Trainz Screen Display Option Missing

Running Trainz 2009 on a Windows 10 laptop but the 1280x768 option is missing which is present on my Windows 7 laptop. Wondering if there's anyway to add screen display options. Only have 2 available which are 1024x768 and 1366x768.

Can you run it in a window and then maximize the window?

Edit your trainzoptions.txt file which is located in the TS2009 directory.

Where the display resolution is shown, edit the values to represent your screen resolution - i.e., if the resolution is shown as 1080 x 1060, edit the values to read 1280 x 768.

The entries in the file trainzoptions.txt are like this:
-height=1280
-width=1024

Edited the trainzoptions txt file to desired size but nothing changed.
