Trainz Reinstall for MAC

Hi, hoping someone can be of assistance. I recently re-formatted and replaced my HD. After re-installing trains - the content manager ["manage content" selection in the menu] shows absolutely in the DL station drop down. I have checked firewall rules etc....I have a ticket in with auran support, but was hoping to perhaps get a quicker response here.
