trainz plus 22 error help

hey guys i need help i try to download my purchesed or download dlc on trainz 22 plus and i keep getting errors and a whole bunch of stuff is missing is there anyway to delete the the downloads and do a clean reinstall of them or anyway to do a clean reinstall of the game if anyone can help me with this please lmk thanks from train lover 414

What are the errors? We can hopefully help you with these.

When you download DLC from the Content Store, download only a few items at a time, otherwise you'll end up locking things up.

Exclude your Trainz Plus data-folder and TRS22.exe from your antivirus real time scanning.
Ensure that TRS22.exe has access through your firewall.

If the DLC you are downloading shows an error, just click on error and then retry. It will normally clear itself.
