Trainz not recognizing my account anymore

Now getting a problem with TRS22 PE not recognizing my account anymore. I enter the username and password correctly, but trainz does not recognize it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a VPN?
Have you set Windows Security (Defender) to allow TRS22 PE through the firewall?

You are using the SAME username and password you use to login here, correct? I know you mentioned that it's correct, but sometimes our mind says it is but in reality, it isn't.
