Trainz lines gone unnoticed

Trainlevel2

Trainz Veteran
There are numerous Trainz lines that haven't been built as routes but can easily be done such as the New Haven Line and Disney Monorail lines that have not been submitted as routes. Personally, I'm a fan of both and would love to see either completed. I mean, we have the M8 trains for the New Haven Line & the New Haven Line Catenaries. I could easily take pictures of this line (being that I live near it) and it seems strange that no one has bothered to build the exact station platform...? As for the Disney Monorail, I've tried making it and I would be reallly happy if someone could show me how to make a Monorail Station (I am already building an amusement park with several monorails but have failed miserably from lack of stations and understanding on how the junctions work). If anyone has any routes that could explain this a little better I would be ever grateful if they would email them to me.
Cheers, Regards, Sincerely,
Eric

NiartCar or whatever your name is, I understand that you have done some seriously cool monorail lines, but i have not seen any routes that you've made. Could you email me any you've completed (like the disneyland one) or started (beta). I got that you were building disneyland!
Cheers,
Eric

I've started the Shoreline East route from New Haven to New London but production stalled because of lack of content needed. So I moved over the the Valley Railroad and have been plugging along on that instead.

:hehe: Im pretty sure you got it.....

The Monorails in the pic are on my site (click sig link) as for the route, its on halt for the moment, as I learn the ropes on a few 3D modeling programs to aid in making the custom content for the route. I may release a basic track layout, but I am undecided at the moment over that......

cheers:wave:

Iam a bit confused,
If they are so easy and short to build then why don't you just build them yourself? Sorry if I sound a bit harsh but if it doesn't exist either build it yourself or wait till someone opens a thread stating that they have started the project.

hert:wave:

I would and have, but I lack the proper material for the New HAven line stations (they seem VERY easy to make to me, just a couple of splines and you can make half the line) and I have absolutely no idea how to use gmax or make my own buildings/trainz/other things. I only wish to ask if they're aren't any already made or being worked on so i don't just do all of it for nothing. Oh, and my computer is excessively slow and doesn't even have 5 gb of space! (Hoping to get a new one). But I will not take your comment derogatorally (think that's a word).
Cheers,
Eric
P.S. NiartCar i meant your real name (pretty sure it's nick).

Thanks for the wonderful comments:wave:
But yes there are several different platform splines that could be of use.

Thank you for the tip. I have downloaded the platform splines and they are extremely useful :) . However, I am a part of Trainz Commuter Rail and know about the great people on the site. Once again I would like to reiterate that the only reason I posted this thread (which I'm starting to believe is a bit miswritten) was to find out if anyone has already completed a New Haven Line or Interesting Monorail line or a beta of either. Thank you for all the wonderful commetns . Also, does anyone know if anyone has completed a Perurail line (the one to Macchu Picchu which I rode on last summer and found to be extremely cool), a model of the district line (besides the one at http://www.trsberlin.de/wbb/index.php?page=DownloadDBData&dataID=159) or circle line. Also any LUL Trains besides the D Stock or 1967/1996 trains. Any advice would be helpful! In addition, I am a bit of an aviation fan and any route that would fit well with the Boeing 727 by MINITRIX. Or perhaps a train station someone has already built that is inside of a building (like the contemporary hotel). I would come up with a longer list but I think someone may be able to come up with something. Until then...
Cheers,
Eric

For the Disney World (not Disneyland) lines, the Contemporary Resort and Epcot stations are on the DLS in reasonable detail (given the need to hold down the number of polygons), and I have seen the TTC station in screenshots.

That just leaves the Polynesian and Floridian hotels, both of which are very large and complex. I'd love to see someone build even the main buildings, especially for the Polynesian where I have stayed a few times, but I'm not betting on that happening any time soon.

JFE.
